BioTeck Enzymatically Deactivates Bone Antigens

BioTeck manufactures superior bone substitute for dental surgery.  Their technology avoids thermal deactivation of antigens and instead uses enzymes by the zymo-teck process to remove antigens.

The source of bone is equine (horse) which ensures an almost identical composition to human bone. This keeps the original 3D bone structure recognized as endogenous by the osteoclasts and this enhances the total remodeling of the grafts.

Zymo-Teck keeps the original collagens in the resuling graft materials. The collagen represents the basic matrix for bone regeneration thanks to its helix structure upon which minerals set for fast regeneration.

The Zymo-Teck® process is at the heart of the manufacture of complete remodeling natural bone substitutes and of pericardium membranes. This is an exclusive deantigenation process patented by Bioteck based on the use of lytic enzymes at temperatures lower than 100°C. Thanks to careful selection of enzymes in the various processing steps and to the absence of aggressive chemical substances or physical conditions, the collagen component and mechanical resistance of the tissues of origin is preserved unaltered.
